Terms & Conditions
1. You May Not Share Course Materials With Others
The course materials, including handouts and other resources, and may not be shared with others. We would like you to use the techniques with your friends, family, or on clients, but we do not grant permission for you to teach them the techniques.
2. Video Recording by Future Medicine Today or iEmbrace Wellness, LLC
I agree that if I choose to give a video testimonial about my experiences in this course, I do so freely and without any financial compensation.
I understand portions of the class maybe video recorded and used for promotions by Future Medicine Today, Inc. or iEmbrace Wellness, LLC
I give consent for any recordings that may include me to be used for this purpose. For privacy recorded sessions will not be used for publicity purposes unless otherwise agreed.
3. No Audio Recording or Video Recording Permitted by Students
Any use of personal audio recording devices are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or publicly shared without prior consent of Future Medicine Today, or iEmbrace Wellness, LLC. I confirm that any parts of the course that I audio record are for personal use only and will not be shared or given to anyone else. Students are only permitted to do audio recordings of this course, no video recording devices are allowed.
4. Accunect SelfCare is Not Accunect
I agree not to falsely advertise that you are an Accunect Practitioner or that you do Accunect. Accunect SelfCare is intended to be used on yourself, your family, and friends. If you are a practitioner of another modality you may also use it with your clients.
I agree not to say that I am an Accunect practitioner or that I practice Accunect, as the Self Care program does not represent the whole Accunect modality or all of the techniques.
5. Trademarks
Accunect®, Accunect SelfCare™ and Future Medicine Today® and associated designs and logos are trademarks of Future Medicine Today, Inc. I acknowledge that Future Medicine Today is the owner of these trademarks and agree not to use them except by prior license agreement.
6. Disclaimer - Accunect is Not a Replacement for Medical Treatment
Accunect is not a replacement for medical treatment when necessary. I understand that Future Medicine Today, Inc. and iEmbrace Motherhood, a division of iEmbrace Wellness, LLC, does not guarantee that any particular condition will be cured by taking this seminar. If you use Accunect or Accunect SelfCare in sessions, you agree that it is not a form of diagnosis based on muscle checking and agree not to suggest that Accunect or Accunect SelfCare is a replacement for medical treatment when necessary. You also agree to be clear that you are not treating the person, you are balancing their energy so that their body can heal itself.
7. Mailing Lists
Please note that the system will automatically add you to the mailing list for both Future Medicine Today® and iEmbrace Motherhood, a division of iEmbrace Wellness, LLC. That being said, you can unsubscribe at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that the event has to be canceled, you will be given the option of receiving a full refund or attending the same course on the date it is rescheduled.
REFUND POLICY:
You are eligible for a refund one week prior to the workshop. After that time, you will be assessed a $25 processing fee.
